- Delivering professional clinical and leadership training in best practices
- Engaging Lao medical professionals as co-teachers and leaving them with curriculum materials they can use to extend the reach of the training after the Health Leadership team leaves
- Producing, publishing and distributing culturally and linguistically appropriate health curricula and training materials
- Providing health professionals with medical equipment such as blood pressure cuffs, stethoscopes and portable ultrasound machines
- Utilizing technology and media to empower local people to tell their stories and to document healthcare improvement
